Usually the drawing stage is the best time to talk to a stair rep. Reason? Building codes vary from city to city, county to county, and country to country. London Stair and Railing work from drawings to provide a quote on all your stair needs.

What is the process when I order stairs or railing components?
Once you have decided to use us as your stair and/or railing manufacturer, your order is placed into the production run and a schedule of touchpoints is discussed. Your sales representative can usually answer most of your questions in this regard.

How long does it take to make my stairs and/or railing components?
Special orders may take a longer period of time and seasonal variations affect scheduling such as peak building times like spring and summer.

Am I responsible for staining, painting and carpeting my stairs?
the building process until they are ready to be stained, painted or carpeted. This allows you flexibility in choosing and matching trim stains and colours. However you are responsible for these items.

Renovating an older home and can't find replacement spindles or balusters?
Our shop can custom turn to match most architectural designs. Please have a London Stair and Railing representative visit your project for exact measurements of your requirements.

Can I e-mail my order?
YES. We will e-mail back a confirmation of your order along with a confirmation of when your order will be ready.

What about terms & conditions?
Payments for builders are Net 30 unless otherwise arranged. Private customers require a deposit and balance paid within specified terms depending on order. Special orders require a 50% deposit before commencement. Balance on completion. If order is cancelled, deposit is non-refundable. Sales representatives can provide full detail of terms and conditions
